Connecting to hipages Payments

hipages Payments is a convenient payment solution that gives you a method of getting paid faster. Powered by , hipages payments is a secure and easy-to-use payment platform.

You can enable credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX) along with Apple Pay and Google Pay from any of your customers. Transactions will clear within 2-days, and the funds will be debited to your nominated bank account.

Note:

Credit card transactions have a low processing fee of 1.6%. You can choose to pass on the fee to customers or pay for it yourself. This 1.6% fee is a discounted rate from the Stripe partnership with hipages.

To connect to hipages Payments, follow the steps given below: 

1. Select Profile → My Business → Quotes & Invoices Settings or,

   Select Profile → Settings & Support → Connected Apps

   

2. Select Connect to Payments.

3. Enter your email address.

   Note:

   The email address you enter here, should be the one used for your Stripe account.

   

4. Then select Continue.

   You will then be sent a 6-digit verification code via SMS, to the phone number associated with your Stripe account. This is done by Stripe to verify your account identity and maintain security.

5. Enter the code and select Done.

   

6. You will then be prompted to choose your preferred account from which to copy account information and process payments.

   

   Alternatively, you can create a new business by choosing the Create a new business option. If you choose this option you will be prompted to enter the new business details, for more information see Setting up a new business.

7. Select Continue to finish connecting to hipages payments.

   hipages tradiecore will display confirmation of your successful connection with hipages payments.

   

8. Select Ok, Lets go to set up your payment preferences.

   These include your Payment Terms & Terms and Conditions.
