Lead Review Process

Providing tradies with opportunities to grow and succeed is core to our business. From time to time you might accept a lead invite that doesn’t deliver that opportunity. This is why we have a lead review process; designed to review and in some cases reimburse lead credit, helping you get value from hipages.

At any time within 7 days after accepting a lead, you may request via the hipages for business app a review of the accepted lead. We’ll review the lead within 5 days and inform you of the outcome.

Leads that do not meet the below criteria they are considered to be genuine leads.

  1. Job not as described

    • Does not match your trade category

    • Does match your trade category but does not match your specific skill set e.g.: test and tag for electricians

  2. Invalid phone number & email address

  3. A job outside of your specified service area

  4. Other

    • You must specify why you think the lead should be reviewed
