Declining Leads

Declining a lead removes the lead from your Leads list.

To decline a lead,

1. Select the Leads tab in the navigation bar.

2. Browse the list of leads shown on the screen by scrolling down.

   

3. To view additional information about a lead, open the lead by selecting it.

4. To decline the lead, select Decline.
