Messaging a customer

Use the Messages option of a job to communicate with your customer about the job. All the communication related to the job will be saved here.

To send a message to a customer about the job,

  1. Open the job from the Jobs list.

  2. Select Messages.

    This opens Message Centre.

  3. Enter the message you want and select send .

    The responses from your customer will be shown in the Messages section of the job. It will also show you the number of replies that your customer has sent you.
