Cancelling or Deleting a Job
A job can be either cancelled or deleted in hipages tradiecore. If you cancel a job, the job status changes to cancelled; all details related to the job will remain in hipages tradiecore. If you delete a job the job is removed from the jobs list and all information related to the job is removed from hipages tradiecore.
Cancelling a job
To cancel a job,

Select the quick actions option for the job
from a tile on the To Do screen, Jobs list, or from the opened job. -
Choose Cancelled or Mark job as cancelled.
Deleting a Job
To delete a job,

Open the job from the Jobs list.

Select the more actions option

Select Delete Job.
Note:
Jobs with sent quotes or invoices cannot be deleted.
