Disconnecting MYOB

Follow the steps listed here to disconnect your MYOB account from hipages tradiecore.

Note:

When you disconnect your account, hipages tradiecore will no longer synchronise invoice and customer information automatically with MYOB.

  1. Select Profile → Settings & Support → Connected Apps

    The Connected Apps screen is displayed showing your connected apps.

  2. Select your MYOB account. This displays your account.

  3. elect Remove. hipages tradiecore displays a prompt reminding you that when you disconnect from hipages tradiecore your invoice information will not be sent to MYOB automatically.

  4. Select Continue to confirm that you want to disconnect your MYOB account.

    Your MYOB account will then be disconnected from hipages tradiecore and will not be shown on the Connected Apps screen.
